ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2016 and has grown into a high-performing team of 11. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the investment advisory space, bringing a strong financial background and strategic mindset into the agency.

I’m a Florida native, a husband, and a father of two. Family and community are important to me, and that carries into how I lead and support our team. We are highly engaged in the community through local charities, Chambers of Commerce, and nonprofit board involvement, and we take pride in building strong relationships both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mark Kinkade - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
